Dorado Beach Resort comprises of various interconnected neighborhoods that can be traveled between via golf cart paths.

The homes in these communities come in different styles, sizes, and with various amenities and homeowner associations. They range from condo buildings to standalone houses and their prices vary from $3 million to $40 million. Also, you can find new construction versus homes that were built in the 70's.

These neighborhoods can be classified into two groups - those with Ritz branding and those without. Some of these neighborhoods have been developed by the Resort Developer PRISA, while some homes were built in empty lots and built by their owners independently.

The easiest way to understand the neighborhoods within and connected to Dorado Beach Resort, is to divide them as Ritz Branded or not. Please find the neighborhoods below:
